Accor’s lifestyle arm, Ennismore, is also expanding, with launches like Rixos Hon Thom Island, Mama Shelter Bangkok, and Mondrian Maldives. On the luxury front, the group has signed landmark projects including Sofitel Sapa Hotel & Residences and Fairmont Mumbai.

With upcoming openings such as Grand Mercure Kuala Lumpur and Novotel Bali Ubud, Accor continues to cement its leadership in Asia’s evolving hospitality landscape, marking 2025 as a defining year of growth and innovation.
