Air India Express has inaugurated direct flights connecting Ahmedabad and Chandigarh to Bengaluru, further expanding its domestic network throughout India. The airline now operates twice-daily flights between Chandigarh and Bengaluru, and daily flights between Ahmedabad and Bengaluru, with the Ahmedabad service set to increase to twice daily from September 16, 2025.
Additionally, a new daily route between Dehradun and Bengaluru will commence from September 15, 2025. These routes strengthen Bengaluru’s position as a central hub and provide travelers with direct and convenient access between key northern, western, and southern cities.
The inaugural flights from Chandigarh and Ahmedabad were celebrated with special events at the airports, marking a milestone in Air India Express’s growth and enhanced connectivity for business and leisure travel.
