Revered as the principal architect of India’s Constitution, Ambedkar’s life was a saga of resilience against the corrosive injustices of caste and a testament to the emancipatory power of education.
Born into oppression, he was condemned by custom to the margins of society. Yet, through prodigious scholarship, he carved a path from dusty village classrooms to the lecture halls of Columbia University and the London School of Economics.
