Creative Travel has been nominated for the 2026 SITE Crystal Awards

November 4, 2025

We are delighted to share that Creative Travel has been shortlisted as one of the top three finalists for the 2026 SITE Crystal Awards the highest global honour in the global incentive travel industry in the category Excellence in Incentive Travel – Asia Pacific.

Being named a finalist among the world’s best is in itself a tremendous recognition, and a validation of the passion, precision, and creativity that define our work.

The SITE Crystal Awards, presented annually by the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (www.siteglobal.com), celebrate the most outstanding incentive programs across the globe. The judging process is rigorous, the competition formidable, and to stand among the top three in the Asia Pacific category is an achievement we hold with deep pride.

Our nominated program, “Viaje Diamantes 2025: India – Maldivas”, was an extraordinary 12-day journey designed for Omnilife de México, bringing together 32 of their top-performing “Diamonds” across Ladakh, Varanasi, and the Maldives. It was the first-ever international incentive group to visit Ladakh, a feat few would dare attempt in winter. Temperatures fell to –16°C, yet hearts were warm with connection and discovery.

The journey began amidst the majestic Himalayas, where the group walked on a frozen river, received blessings from monks, and shared a private night of stargazing under the clearest skies on Earth. From there, the group moved to Varanasi, the world’s oldest living city, for moments of spiritual reflection – sunrise over the Ganges, private Aarti ceremonies, and intimate concerts in 200-year-old palaces. The finale unfolded in the Maldives, where turquoise waters, barefoot luxury, and celebration marked the emotional exhale of the journey.

More than a trip, it was a trilogy of transformation – from Ladakh’s purity to Varanasi’s soul to the Maldives’ serenity. Every moment reflected Omnilife’s philosophy of “People taking care of people” and showcased what incentive travel can truly achieve: connection, gratitude, and renewal.

We are immensely proud of our team, our partners, and our shared dream to push the limits of imagination. And to our client, who allowed us to push through with the impossible dream. Whether we win or not, this nomination is already a victory, proof that passion, courage, and storytelling can turn travel into something timeless.
