IHCL Expands to Lakshadweep with Two New Eco-Friendly SeleQtions Resorts

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has launched two exquisite SeleQtions resorts in the serene Lakshadweep archipelago to offer travelers a unique island getaway steeped in nature and local culture.

Puneet Chhatwal, MD & CEO of IHCL, emphasized that these eco-friendly resorts reflect the company’s commitment to responsible tourism and elevate Lakshadweep on the global tourism map.

Bangaram Island Resort, with 60 keys, sits along pristine white sands and turquoise waters of the Arabian Sea. Its kitchens serve a mix of global favourites and traditional Lakshadweep delicacies, crafted from the freshest local produce.

Coral Pearl offers 50 stylish luxury glamping tents seamlessly blending comfort with nature. Guests can indulge at Smok, the all-day dining restaurant, or sip cocktails at Calypso, a bar inspired by the islands’ deep-sea folklore.

Both resorts present gateways to the Lakshadweep’s marine wonders, offering scuba diving, snorkelling, kayaking, and curated trails. With these launches, IHCL furthers its vision of showcasing India’s diverse tourism treasures through sustainable luxury.
