The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed an agreement to develop a new Taj hotel along with Taj-branded residences in Noida, marking a major addition to its expanding footprint in the NCR. Developed in partnership with the Gulshan Group, the greenfield project will rise along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway.
The upcoming hotel will feature 150 rooms, supported by an all-day diner, a bar and two speciality restaurants. Event facilities include an 8,000 sq ft ballroom, pre-function spaces and flexible meeting rooms. Recreational amenities span a pool, gym, health club and Taj’s signature J Wellness Circle.
The development will also introduce 74 luxury branded residences, each spanning 7,500 sq ft. Residents will have access to a private club with terraced gardens, lounges, sports facilities and an infinity pool.
With this signing, IHCL strengthens its presence in the region, bringing its count in Noida and Greater Noida to five hotels, including one under development.
