IHG Hotels & Resorts and the K Raheja Group have hosted a pre-opening ceremony for their upcoming dual hotel and convention centre development in Powai, Mumbai, attended by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
The project comprises approximately 300 keys across two hotels, alongside a large-format convention centre with 13 meeting rooms, four dining outlets and extensive event spaces including lawns and public areas. It is scheduled to open in 2026.
Positioned as a significant addition to Mumbai’s MICE landscape, the development reflects growing demand for integrated hospitality and events infrastructure in one of India’s busiest commercial cities. Powai’s established business ecosystem and connectivity make it a natural location for a property of this scale.
