IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement for a 45-key Garner property in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, marking the midscale conversion brand’s fourth signing in India since its regional launch. Scheduled to open in 2027, the hotel will be developed by Modest Structures Private Limited and managed by United Hospitality Management.
Positioned for value-conscious business travellers, Garner Bhiwadi will offer modern rooms suited to both short and extended stays, with amenities designed around practicality over excess. Bhiwadi’s established industrial base and steady commercial traffic make it a natural fit for the brand’s efficient operating model.
The signing adds to IHG’s expanding India footprint, where the company currently operates 51 hotels across six brands, with a pipeline of 80 further properties planned over the next three to five years.
