Leisure Hotels Debuts in Jaipur with the Iconic Royal Heritage Haveli

July 29, 2025

Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), known for its experiential stays across Uttarakhand, has announced its entry into Jaipur with the addition of the Royal Heritage Haveli, a storied 18th-century property originally built as a royal hunting lodge by His Highness Madho Singhji. This marks the group’s second property in Rajasthan, following its debut in Ranthambhore.

Located in the heart of Jaipur, the haveli has been meticulously restored into a 25-suite boutique retreat that blends regal architecture with contemporary comforts. Each suite is adorned with intricate frescoes and traditional jharokhas, offering guests an immersive glimpse into Rajasthan’s noble past.

The property features Kigelia Court, an open-air fine-dining venue offering gourmet cuisine, and Mehrab Bar, known for its curated selection of spirits and “lost recipes” inspired by family traditions. For wellness seekers, the Frangipani Spa offers therapies rooted in ancient Indian healing practices. Additional offerings include a serene outdoor pool, manicured gardens, and elegant event spaces suitable for intimate weddings and corporate gatherings.

“This expansion is a strategic step as we bring our legacy of heartfelt hospitality to Jaipur,” said Vibhas Prasad, Director, LHG. Shambhavi Singh, Director of the Royal Heritage Haveli and a member of the family that has long owned the property, added, “We’re proud to extend our home’s legacy in partnership with LHG, combining warmth, tradition, and timeless charm in every guest experience.”
