Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has launched ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts, its new upscale lifestyle brand, with the flagship property opening next to Mumbai International Airport’s Terminal 2. Designed to cater to modern travellers seeking immersive experiences, the debut hotel combines cutting-edge design, smart technology, and vibrant social spaces.
The Mumbai property features 291 stylish rooms and several firsts for the city’s hospitality scene, including in-room smart laundry closets, a 24/7 WhatsApp concierge, and Mumbai’s first poolside day club. Multiple dining concepts and tech-driven amenities aim to create a seamless and personalised guest experience.

Royal Orchid plans to expand to over 345 properties by 2030, with ICONIQA operated through flexi-lease and ownership models to deliver strong returns. The brand will also integrate with Regenta Rewards, the group’s fast-growing loyalty program, which already counts 600,000 members and aims to surpass one million by March 2026.
