The hotel, developed as Regenta Hotel Bhopal Airport, is a 70-room business resort located strategically on Airport Road, just 1 km from Raja Bhoj International Airport. The property will operate under a management agreement, reflecting ROHL’s asset-light growth strategy focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Designed to cater to modern business travelers and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clients, the 56,000 sq ft hotel includes four spacious suites, three fully equipped conference rooms, and leisure amenities such as a rooftop bar and restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym. The property aims to balance business efficiency with comfort and relaxation.
