The Oberoi Group has announced the opening of Naila Fort – An Oberoi Luxury Residence, its first foray into the private heritage residence segment, welcoming guests from 15 February 2026.
Originally built in 1849 by the Champawat clan, the hilltop fort near Jaipur has been meticulously restored and reimagined as an ultra-luxury four-bedroom residence overlooking the countryside and the Aravalli Hills. The fort is offered exclusively on a full-residence basis, ensuring complete privacy and discretion.
Historic courtyards, archways, and terraces are paired with contemporary comforts, while dining is fully personalised, with Oberoi chefs crafting daily menus inspired by Rajasthani, Mughal, and global cuisines. The opening reflects Oberoi’s vision of preserving heritage while delivering deeply personal, high-end hospitality experiences in India.
