Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has launched its third property in Assam with the opening of Cygnett Inn Dibrugarh, further strengthening its footprint in Northeast India. Located just 15 minutes from the railway station and 25 minutes from the airport, the hotel blends central accessibility with smart hospitality.
