Sarovar Hotels Opens Royal Tulip Chitwan, Elevating Luxury Hospitality in Nepal

Sarovar Hotels, in alliance with KTM Hospitality, has marked a significant milestone by introducing the Royal Tulip brand to Nepal with the grand opening of Royal Tulip Chitwan. Located beside the renowned Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famed for its wildlife and natural splendour, the five-star resort exemplifies the marriage of luxury and local charm.

Spanning four lush acres, Royal Tulip Chitwan offers 65 elegant rooms and villas designed to harmonize with the region’s serene landscape. Guests can choose from plush Pool Villas, Water Villas, and traditionally inspired Machan units, each delivering spectacular views and privacy. The resort’s amenities promise indulgence and variety, featuring a spa, a modern fitness centre, swimming pool, diverse dining venues including a revolving deck restaurant, and a vibrant sports bar.

Ajay K. Bakaya, Chairman of Sarovar Hotels, emphasized that the launch reflects Nepal’s growing allure as a destination for both Indian and international travelers, blending “luxury, adventure, and local culture.” Rameshwar Shah of KTM Hospitality noted the project’s commitment to celebrating Nepal’s heritage and boosting local employment. The debut of Royal Tulip Chitwan reinforces Sarovar’s commitment to expanding its premium footprint across South Asia.
