Set across two elevated terraces, the restaurant offers sweeping views of the Aravalli ranges and reimagines dinner as a slow, immersive ritual rather than a hurried meal.
The space features jharokha-style cabanas, curated music, and live barbecue counters, creating a sensorial setting where flame-led cooking and artisanal techniques take centre stage.
