We are proud to share that at the annual conference of the Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI) in Costa Rica, Creative Travel India and Creative Travel Maldives were honoured with the Award for Best Sustainable Program.
The recognition was for our Viaje Diamantes 2025 incentive journey designed for our partners at Omnilife Mexico, an extraordinary program that took their top leaders across Ladakh, Varanasi and the Maldives.
The award was received on behalf of Creative Travel by Ofelia Barrios from our Mexico Sales office, who represented the team at the conference.
This journey was conceived not simply as a luxury incentive but as a meaningful travel experience. From the fragile high-altitude ecosystems of Ladakh, to the spiritual heritage of Varanasi, and finally the marine environments of the Maldives, sustainability was woven into the design of the program through responsible operations, community engagement, and careful stewardship of the destinations we were privileged to visit.
Programs like this remind us that incentive travel can inspire not only performance, but also deeper awareness of the places and communities that host us.
