Crafted In Jaipur – Jaipur’s artistry shaped by your hands

October 15, 2026

In Jaipur, heritage is not confined to palaces. It lives in the hands of artisans who have shaped the city’s identity for generations. Crafted in Jaipur opens the door to their studio, where guests learn three celebrated crafts from those who live them.

It begins with block printing, the craft that gave Jaipur its global textile identity. Guests then print their own tote bag, napkins or cushion covers.

Next comes the lac bangle, a craft that journeyed from rural traditions to become a distinctive Rajasthani art form. Guests melt, press, colour, shape and size bangles of their own.

The finale is blue pottery, so synonymous with Jaipur that the city is rarely mentioned without it. Made from quartz powder, glass powder, multani mitti and natural gums, each plate is painted in cobalt blue and copper green. Take it home air-dried the same day, or choose glazing and kiln firing.

Each piece carries a story worth telling.
