Hilton Accelerates India Expansion with Debut of Spark by Hilton in Bengaluru and Goa

June 24, 2026

Hilton has marked a significant milestone in its South Asia growth strategy with the launch of the first Spark by Hilton hotels in India, opening in Bengaluru and Goa just 18 months after announcing a strategic partnership to develop 150 properties under the brand across the country.

The debut of Spark by Hilton introduces the hospitality giant’s 15th brand in Asia Pacific and its 10th in South Asia, reinforcing Hilton’s confidence in India as one of the world’s fastest-growing and most dynamic travel markets. Positioned within the premium economy segment, the brand is designed to deliver reliable, high-quality stays while offering owners a scalable and efficient operating model.

The expansion has been made possible through Hilton’s collaboration with Olive Hospitality, reflecting a shared vision to strengthen branded accommodation options across key destinations. The launch is expected to create new opportunities for hotel owners, generate employment, and enhance the availability of internationally recognised hospitality standards for both business and leisure travellers.

India continues to be a strategic priority for global hotel groups, driven by robust domestic demand, expanding infrastructure, and rising international arrivals. The arrival of Spark by Hilton signals a growing focus on value-driven hospitality solutions that cater to evolving traveller expectations without compromising on quality and consistency.

As Hilton continues to broaden its footprint across the region, the successful introduction of Spark by Hilton underscores the company’s long-term commitment to shaping the future of hospitality in India.
