Sterling Launches Second Jim Corbett Resort, Strengthening Wildlife Portfolio

August 17, 2026

Sterling Holiday Resorts has opened Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett, its second property in the Corbett landscape and 11th resort in Uttarakhand. The addition brings Sterling’s wildlife portfolio to 13 resorts with over 480 rooms, as the brand continues building destination clusters across India’s nature and wildlife regions.

Located in the Bail Parao-Kaladhungi belt of Ramnagar, the resort offers access to a quieter part of the Corbett landscape, complementing Sterling’s existing property in the area and giving guests more flexibility to explore the destination at their own pace. Safari access spans forest zones including Phato and Sitabani, alongside birdwatching trails, plantation walks, and nearby attractions such as the Jim Corbett Museum and Corbett Falls.

A 2,800-square-foot banquet hall and two landscaped lawns support destination weddings, corporate offsites, and social gatherings alongside the resort’s leisure offering.

The launch reflects Sterling’s broader strategy of enabling longer, more immersive stays within a single destination rather than single-night stopovers, as wildlife tourism in India increasingly draws travellers seeking deeper engagement with nature and local landscapes.
