Munnar’s strong tourism demand makes it an important addition to the company’s growing portfolio. The destination recorded more than 3 million domestic tourist visits in 2025, along with over 67,000 international visits, according to Kerala Tourism data.
The company’s wider Munnar expansion reflects its strategy of entering high-demand leisure destinations and offering alternatives to conventional hotels. With additional properties in the pipeline, ELIVAAS aims to establish a stronger foothold in the hill destination while expanding its portfolio of experience-led villas and holiday homes across India.
