Encalm Hospitality has introduced Transit by Encalm, a 10-key Nap and Shower facility located in the Multi-Level Car Parking beside Terminal 3 of Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. Open to all travellers, it offers standard and twin rooms for anyone who needs a quiet place to rest or freshen up before a flight, between connections or after landing.
Designed for short breaks and long layovers, the facility presents a practical alternative to a conventional hotel stay near the airport. Check-in is available at any hour, with flexible stays of six, 12 or 24 hours. Each room comes with comfortable bedding, soft ambient lighting and essential amenities, along with tea, coffee, soft drinks, juices, light snacks and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Group Chief Executive Officer Vikas Sharma noted that today’s travellers want more flexibility at every step, and that the new space carries Encalm’s hospitality beyond the terminal as part of a more connected airport experience. Pooja Bhondekar, Business Head for Airport Hospitality, added that whether guests need a quick shower, a layover nap or a few hours to recharge, the facility adapts to their plans.
