Lemon Tree Hotels has announced a Hotel Operation Agreement (HOA) for a new all-suite property in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under the Lemon Tree Suites brand. The hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, with the brand licence agreement to follow.
The upcoming 336-suite property will feature a range of premium facilities, including restaurants, a bar, banquet hall, swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre, catering to both business and leisure travellers. Strategically located, the hotel offers excellent connectivity—just 39 km from Delhi’s IGI Airport and 13 km from Ghaziabad Railway Station, with easy access to public and private transport.
