Air India has introduced seasonal non-stop flights between Mumbai and Toronto for the winter 2026-27 season, offering travellers a direct connection between the two cities. The service operates three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, from October 25, 2026, to March 26, 2027.
Flight AI193 departs Mumbai at 4 am and arrives in Toronto at 10 am local time. The return service, AI192, leaves Toronto at 12:30 pm and reaches Mumbai at 2:10 pm the following day.
The route is operated by an upgraded Boeing 777-300ER, featuring eight First Class suites, 40 lie-flat Business Class seats and 280 Economy Class seats. The aircraft also offers onboard Wi-Fi. The new service adds nearly 2,000 seats per week between India and Canada.
In another development, Air India has removed the Vienna fuel stop on its Delhi-Toronto route, enabling non-stop flights using the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Delhi and Mumbai are now both connected directly to Toronto. Air India operates 10 weekly flights on the Delhi route, with seven services using the new aircraft, which offers Business, Premium Economy and Economy cabins.
Bookings are available through Air India’s website, mobile app and travel agents.
