Air India to Begin Twice-Daily Flights Between Delhi and Jaisalmer This Winter

September 12, 2025

Air India is launching non-stop flights between Delhi and Jaisalmer, starting October 26, 2025, operating until March 28, 2026. The seasonal expansion responds to increasing demand from tourists drawn to the “Golden City.”

The new schedule will feature two flights per day in both directions, using A320 aircraft, making it the only full-service airline offering this route. The timing of these flights is designed to provide convenient connections with major domestic hubs, as well as onward international links from Europe and the United Kingdom.

This move is part of a broader push to boost cultural and heritage tourism by improving accessibility to Rajasthan. By increasing frequency and offering full-service flights, the airline aims to make travel to Jaisalmer not just more available, but more comfortable.

For travellers, the winter schedule offers flexibility—more options for departure times, better connectivity—and for the region, stronger infrastructure to support peak season tourism. With two daily flights, the route is set to accommodate more visitors seeking both adventure and heritage experiences without compromising service quality.
