ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts has launched ALIVAA Boutique at DLF Cyber City, its second ALIVAA-branded property in Gurugram and eighth hotel in the city overall. The opening also marks the group’s 30th operational property nationwide.
Situated in the heart of Gurugram’s corporate district, the boutique property is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers. The hotel is owned by Harshal Sharma, who has now signed his third property with the group, a relationship the brand cites as a reflection of continued owner confidence in its management model.
With six existing Hoften-branded properties already in Gurugram, ALIVAA is clearly doubling down on the Millennium City as a strategic market, as it continues scaling across key destinations in India.
