Accor has signed an agreement with Kings Luxury Resorts Pvt. Ltd. to bring its Pullman Hotels & Resorts brand to Udaipur, marking the group’s first premium hotel in the city. Scheduled to open in 2031, Pullman Udaipur will be developed on a five-acre site along Airport Road, within the Maharana Pratap Airport corridor.
The greenfield project will feature 200 rooms and suites, averaging around 36 square metres. Facilities will include three dining venues, comprising an all-day restaurant, lobby lounge bar and specialty restaurant, alongside a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.
Designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, the hotel will offer approximately 1,000 square metres of meeting and event space for corporate gatherings, weddings and social celebrations.
The project marks another step in the Rao family’s hospitality expansion, led by principal owner Tikam Singh Rao, whose business interests span infrastructure, engineering, transportation and hospitality.
The signing strengthens Accor’s presence in Udaipur, where it already operates Raffles Udaipur and Fairmont Udaipur Palace. It also adds to the group’s growing premium portfolio across India, targeting destinations with strong leisure, wedding and business travel demand.
