Indian Hotels Company Limited has strengthened its Mumbai presence with the launch of a new SeleQtions-branded hotel in Bandra, reinforcing the city’s continued appeal for premium hospitality development. The brownfield project marks another strategic addition for Indian Hotels Company Limited in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
Located on Turner Road, the 43-room hotel occupies the third to fourteenth floors of a mixed-use development that also features high-end retail and dining spaces. Designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, the property includes an all-day dining restaurant and benefits from Bandra’s vibrant cultural and commercial setting.
The project was developed in collaboration with Polson Ltd., whose leadership has indicated that the SeleQtions brand aligns well with the character and positioning of the location.
As Mumbai continues to attract sustained investment across sectors, the new hotel further strengthens IHCL’s robust portfolio in Maharashtra, which now spans multiple brands with several additional projects in the pipeline.
