IHCL Opens Vivanta Vrindavan, Entering the Spiritual Tourism Segment

April 7, 2026

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has opened Vivanta Vrindavan, a 135-key property in one of India’s most visited pilgrimage destinations, marking the group’s entry into the spiritual tourism market.

Located close to Vrindavan’s key temples and landmarks, including Shri Banke Bihari Mandir, Prem Mandir and the ISKCON Temple, the hotel is designed around calm, mindful stays. Dining options span Mynt, an all-vegetarian all-day restaurant, Swirl, a lobby café, and two poolside settings in Wink and Tease. The property also features a spa, fitness centre and an open-to-sky infinity pool, alongside banqueting and meeting facilities for social and corporate events.

Vrindavan draws significant year-round visitor numbers, and the opening signals growing hospitality investment in India’s spiritual tourism circuit.
