Olive Café & Bar has launched its newest location in Kolkata, marking the Olive Group’s expansion into India’s eastern region. Situated on Shakespeare Sarani, the restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu blending Greek, Italian, and coastal flavours. The space, designed by Sabina Singh and architect Vivek Popli, features a sunlit courtyard, elegant verandah, and vibrant bar, creating a welcoming ambience. Curated by Chef Jyotika Malik, the menu offers a gourmet café experience, complemented by handcrafted cocktails from lead mixologist Harish Chhimwal, who emphasises sustainability and zero-waste practices. Olive Café & Bar aims to bring its signature charm and hospitality to Kolkata’s upscale dining scene.
