Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has appointed Pranav Bharadwaj as general manager of Aamaghati Wildlife Resort in Ranthambore, bringing nearly three decades of hospitality experience to the role.
Bharadwaj’s career spans some of the industry’s most recognised names, including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Leela Kempinski, Marriott International and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. His work has consistently sat at the intersection of operations, commercial strategy and guest experience. Most recently, he led business transformation efforts at Regenta Suites Gurugram, with a focus on market positioning and operational efficiency.
At Aamaghati, he steps into a role that centres on elevating the guest experience and sharpening the resort’s standing within luxury wildlife hospitality. Founder Anshul Bhargava noted that Bharadwaj’s appointment comes at a meaningful point in the brand’s growth, with his operational depth and leadership approach seen as well-matched to the company’s long-term direction.
Bharadwaj has expressed his intent to work closely with the team on positioning Aamaghati as a destination of choice for travellers drawn to immersive wildlife and leisure experiences.
