Gurugram-based hospitality brand Saltstayz has entered South India with the opening of Saltstayz Premier, Bengaluru, marking its first property in the region and the 17th hotel under its Premier portfolio.
Located on Bellary Road near Hebbal Flyover, the 30-room property is designed for both business and leisure travellers. Its location also places it close to key healthcare and commercial areas in northern Bengaluru.
The hotel features a 50-seater all-day dining restaurant and three conference spaces. Two meeting rooms can accommodate up to 15 guests each, while a larger conference room has space for up to 25 people, making the property suitable for corporate meetings, training sessions and smaller business events.
The Bengaluru launch is part of Saltstayz’s wider pan-India expansion strategy, supported by an asset-light, partnership-led model. The company aims to enter high-potential commercial and travel markets while maintaining consistent operating standards.
Founded in 2022, Saltstayz operates in the affordable premium hospitality segment through its core and Premier brands. The Bengaluru property marks an important step in its expansion beyond North India and into one of the country’s major business and travel markets.
