The Fern Hotels & Resorts is expanding its Gujarat footprint with three new signings in Rajkot, Vadodara, and Surat, reinforcing its presence across some of the state’s key commercial and leisure markets.
The Fern Residency Rajkot will cater to both business and social demand, with facilities designed for events, meetings, and celebrations. It is scheduled to open in 2028.
In Vadodara, The Fern Habitat will offer 98 rooms and suites alongside an all-day dining restaurant, conference room, and banquet hall, targeting the city’s growing appetite for quality business and leisure hospitality.
The largest of the three, LPS The Fern Surat on Gaurav Path Road, will feature 182 rooms and suites, a terrace bar, all-day dining, and event facilities suited to corporate and social occasions. The property is positioned to meet rising hospitality demand in one of Gujarat’s fastest-growing cities.
All three properties will operate under the Series by Marriott banner where applicable, and reflect the brand’s focus on sustainable, guest-focused hospitality. Gujarat has been identified as a priority growth market for The Fern, driven by strong industrial activity, increasing business travel, and expanding leisure demand across the state.
