jüSTa Hotels & Resorts is set to debut in Uttar Pradesh with the opening of jüSTa Kashi Parampara this August 2025, marking its 26th property across India.
Nestled just 800 meters from the iconic Assi Ghat in Varanasi, this unique hotel breathes new life into an 80-year-old ancestral home, thoughtfully transformed to offer guests a harmonious blend of heritage, design, and tranquility in India’s spiritual heartland.
Founder and CEO Ashish Vohra highlights the project as a celebration of Varanasi’s timeless spirit, paired with modern comfort. jüSTa Kashi Parampara builds on the brand’s dedication to restoring and repurposing heritage properties, following last year’s conversion of jüSTa Diwans Bungalow in Ahmedabad.
The hotel features 14 elegantly appointed rooms, including two suites, arranged around a serene central courtyard that reflects the warmth of a traditional Indian home. Inside, guests will find soothing earthy tones and authentic touches such as century-old handcrafted wooden pillars and intricate sandstone jali panels sourced from Jodhpur. The high ceilings and natural materials create a calm sanctuary, offering respite from the city’s vibrant energy and appealing to travellers on spiritual and wellness journeys.
