Jaipur’s new Italian dining destination

February 13, 2025

1932 Trevi is a new Italian restaurant in Jaipur, located within the Santha Bagh estate. Spanning 14,000 square feet, the establishment artfully combines Italian and Indian design elements, featuring motifs like peacocks and lotuses throughout its decor. The restaurant offers four distinct areas: the Plume Bar, the open-air Bagh dining space, the Vanity Room for exclusive multi-course meals, and the Tuscan Alley with a live Italian kitchen centred around a Trevi-inspired fountain. The cocktail menu draws inspiration from gemstones, with notable drinks such as the Cat’s Eye, a hazelnut rum-based concoction with in-house Irish cream, and the Coral Reef, a tangy, spicy tequila-forward cocktail. 1932 Trevi aims to provide a leisurely dining experience reminiscent of the days of the maharajas.
