ITC Hotels has signed a management agreement for Storii Havelock, a 22-key boutique retreat on Swaraj Dweep, marking the Storii brand’s first entry into the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Developed in partnership with Waterwoods Lodge and Resorts, the property is being conceived as an intimate, nature-rooted stay shaped by the island’s beaches, tropical landscapes, and marine biodiversity.
The retreat will offer rooms and suites alongside an all-day dining restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, and a kids’ play area, catering to leisure travellers drawn to Havelock’s quieter, nature-led character. Swaraj Dweep has steadily grown into one of India’s most sought-after island destinations, attracting visitors seeking a blend of natural beauty, marine adventure, and unhurried relaxation.
For ITC Hotels, the signing extends the Storii portfolio into a destination that sits well within the brand’s identity of properties rooted in the spirit and surroundings of their location. The Andaman and Nicobar Islands represent a meaningful addition to the group’s expanding leisure footprint beyond the Indian mainland.
