Dusit Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of Dusit International, is expanding its footprint in the Maldives with the launch of dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, the group’s first all-inclusive lifestyle resort and second property in the island nation. Set to soft open on July 27, 2025, the vibrant new resort joins the upscale Dusit Thani Maldives, adding a fresh, youthful twist to the brand’s signature Thai-inspired hospitality.
Strategically located just seven minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport, the resort is poised to attract travellers looking for quick, convenient access to a tropical escape. Nestled on a natural island with lush surroundings, coral reefs, and a tranquil lagoon, dusitD2 Feydhoo offers direct access to some of the Maldives’ best dive and snorkel sites.
With 127 villas across seven categories, ranging from beachfront to expansive overwater options, the resort blends bold, modern design with intuitive comfort. Many villas include private plunge pools, outdoor decks, and spacious indoor-outdoor layouts, catering to couples, families, and solo travellers alike.
Positioned as a next-gen all-inclusive destination, the resort goes beyond buffet dining with à la carte menus at five unique venues, unlimited premium beverages, and curated daily entertainment. The resort will be led by Yogeswaran Veerasamy, an experienced general manager with over 20 years in luxury resort operations across Southeast Asia and the Maldives.
