Siciliana, the Italian dining concept from Speciality Restaurants Limited, has opened at Bengaluru’s Phoenix Mall of Asia, marking the brand’s entry into the city following successful launches in Kolkata, Mumbai, and Thane.
Inspired by the relaxed rhythms of Southern Italy, the restaurant is designed as a contemporary Mediterranean trattoria, with terracotta textures, earthy tones, and Sicilian-inspired detailing creating a warm, atmospheric setting built around shared meals and unhurried conversation.
The menu has been curated by Presidential award-winning chef Sabyasachi Gorai, drawing on Sicilian culinary traditions through fresh ingredients, rustic flavours, and dishes designed for the table to share. The offering reflects a broader philosophy of slowing down and eating well, rooted in the coastal character of the region it draws from.
The opening is part of Phoenix Mall of Asia’s ongoing effort to build a dining landscape anchored in globally inspired, experience-led concepts, catering to a Bengaluru audience that increasingly seeks atmosphere and cultural identity alongside the food itself.
