Belmarose has arrived at Sahara Star in Mumbai, offering a 5,000 square foot space that moves from fine dining through to nightlife without missing a beat. Designed around European and Roman aesthetics, the 120-cover venue combines maroon velvet seating, premium leather finishes, and warm ambient lighting to create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and celebratory.
The culinary programme is led by Chef Sunil Pandey, whose menu draws on European and Asian influences, built around contemporary techniques and layered flavours. The cocktail programme, curated by mixologists Roshan and Hardik, is designed to complement both the food and the shifting energy of the evening as the night progresses.
As dinner winds down, Belmarose transitions into a nightlife destination with curated music, international artists, and a social atmosphere that carries the momentum well past the meal.
The name draws from the Italian word for beautiful, with the full concept anchored in a rose as a symbol of elegance and warmth. Every element of the space, from the interiors to the programming, has been designed to reflect that sensibility: indulgent without being overwrought, and lively without losing its sense of refinement.
