Hilton Debuts Lifestyle Hotel In India With Slohh By Roach Bengaluru

July 21, 2026

Hilton has entered India’s lifestyle hospitality segment with the opening of Slohh by Roach in Whitefield, Bengaluru, marking the debut of its Curio Collection brand in South Asia. Developed in partnership with Roach Lifescapes, the 221-key property draws its character from the coffee estates and residential traditions of the Western Ghats’ Malnad region.

The design runs deep. A colour palette tracing the journey of a coffee bean, natural materials, vernacular pitched roofs, and carved detailing come together to create spaces that feel more like a well-loved home than a conventional hotel. Rooms and suites, many overlooking Varthur Lake, unfold across seven categories, with the Malnad Presidential Suite offering the fullest expression of that plantation-home sensibility.

Dining at Nana’s is built around family recipes, seasonal produce, and culinary traditions from Karnataka and the Malnad belt. A Potter-in-Residence studio, a programme called Grandma’s Recipe, and a retro-inspired soundtrack of jazz and rhythm and blues flowing through the social spaces add layers of cultural personality that set the property apart.

For events, the Banyan ballroom spans 5,000 square feet and accommodates up to 600 guests. Wellness offerings include a hammam, temperature-controlled outdoor pool, and full-service spa.
