LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement with Cornwall Hotels & Resorts for Landmark Rewa under the AM Hotel Kollection, marking its fourth property in Madhya Pradesh and bringing its national portfolio to 39 hotels. The signing deepens the group’s presence in Central India, a region central to its growth so far.
Rewa is known for its white tigers, dramatic waterfalls, and heritage sites, including Rewa Fort, Baghel Museum, and Govindgarh Palace, drawing a mix of adventure travellers, pilgrims, and heritage seekers. The hotel will undergo refurbishment ahead of a planned relaunch in 2026, with upgraded guest rooms and suites, an all-day diner, a speciality restaurant, and a range of indoor and outdoor event spaces.
For LaRiSa, the addition rounds out a four-property Central India portfolio that the group describes as united by a consistent standard of hospitality despite each property’s distinct character. For Landmark Rewa’s owners, the partnership reflects a shared commitment to hospitality rooted in the city’s identity, as the property positions itself as Rewa’s finest full-service address for travellers exploring this part of Madhya Pradesh.
