Founded by Gaurav Sharma and Sangeeta Kapure, it blends inventive food, creative drinks, music and relaxed hospitality in a space meant to be lived in rather than merely visited.
The founders describe their idea as a modern neighbourhood favourite that feels just as right for a casual afternoon as for an intimate dinner, with an identity guests will want to return to.
Chef Gaurav Gidwani leads a menu that draws on several culinary traditions, offering fresh takes on familiar flavours through playful contrasts of texture, temperature, acidity and spice. Director of mixology Shobith Salian oversees the bar, which spans cocktails, coffee, matcha creations and signature drinks.
Inside, considered lighting and layered textures create a polished yet unfussy mood that shifts easily from daytime chats to livelier nights. Managing partner Arka Mukherjee guides the business, and the team already sees Versova as the first chapter of a growing hospitality brand.
