Their cocktail, Gravity’s Rainbow, draws inspiration from Thomas Pynchon’s famously complex novel. Blended malt meets pineapple and coconut, softened by lactose, enriched with caramel, sharpened by citrus, and finished with vanilla Campari foam. It’s a cocktail that unfolds slowly, revealing its character sip by sip.
