Hilton has strengthened its presence in Bengaluru with the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Whitefield, its second property under the brand in the city. Developed in partnership with Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, the hotel enhances Hilton’s growing portfolio across one of India’s busiest business and technology hubs.
Located near International Tech Park, Prestige Shantiniketan and the Export Promotion Industrial Park Zone, the new property offers convenient access to key corporate centres as well as dining and retail districts. The hotel features 223 rooms, three dining outlets, 7,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, a fitness centre and an outdoor pool slated to open by March 2026.
Hilton notes that Bengaluru remains one of its strongest growth markets in South Asia, driven by a robust tech ecosystem and rising business travel. The group now operates or is developing nearly 100 properties across South Asia, including more than 70 in India, with ambitions to scale to 300 operational hotels in the coming decade.
